A farm-to-door grocery solution built for clients by PrimeStack connecting seasonal product discovery, checkout, delivery updates, stock management, and recurring produce boxes across web and mobile.

The challenge
Make fresh-food shopping convenient while giving operators visibility into product availability, order preparation, delivery progress, and changing subscription preferences.
Business context
The client application explores the shopper journey and merchant workspace for a local-produce service. Products, farms, prices, delivery routes, and subscription dates are sample content.
The proposed solution
The delivered implementation uses a Nuxt and Vue storefront, a Flutter shopping app, and Python Django REST Framework services. A shared catalog and order API connects customer experiences with inventory and fulfillment tools.
Proposed architecture
- Production Nuxt, Vue.js, and TypeScript web storefront with catalog, checkout, order, stock, and subscription workspaces.
- Production Flutter and Dart apps for iOS and Android with product discovery, order status, and recurring-box preferences.
- Production Python Django and Django REST Framework services for products, inventory, orders, delivery slots, and subscriptions.
- Production PostgreSQL transactional storage and Redis-backed background work through Celery.
- Production Docker packaging and AWS deployment with separate workers for notifications and recurring-order preparation.
- Checkout, stock reservations, payment callbacks, delivery integrations, and subscription cutoffs fully implemented and tested for the client.
