The delivered implementation pairs an Angular web client with a React Native mobile application and Spring Boot backend services to support secure hiring workflows.

- Spring Boot / Java services for job posts, applications, candidate-submitted documents, pipeline stages, interview schedules, reviewer notes, and workspace roles.
- MySQL / Redis storage with explicit ownership, validation, and role-aware access checks.
- AWS / Docker deployment and media infrastructure, with production security and observability implemented.
- Implemented candidate consent workflows, data retention and deletion policies, role-based access controls, accessible applications, and interview-provider integrations.
