A construction-management solution built for clients by PrimeStack connecting drawings, site issues, change orders, inspections, and field evidence across an office workspace and a mobile app.
PrimeStack — Client Project Implementation Screens use demonstration data. These web and mobile applications were custom-built, engineered, and deployed for our clients by PrimeStack.
The challenge
Keep field observations, drawing references, inspection findings, and approval context together instead of scattering them across messages, spreadsheets, and unlinked photographs.
Business context
The delivered client application features office workflows for project managers and mobile workflows for field teams. Project values, drawings, inspection states, and evidence are demonstration content.
The proposed solution
The production product combines a React and Vite office application, a Flutter field app, and a modular NestJS API. Mobile draft storage and explicit synchronization support evidence capture when connectivity is unreliable.
Proposed architecture
- Production React, Vite, and TypeScript web workspace with drawings, issues, change orders, inspection planning, and team administration.
- Production Flutter and Dart field app with local SQLite drafts, upload state, and an explicit synchronization queue.
- Production NestJS and Node.js modules for projects, issue records, evidence attachments, inspections, and approval history.
- Production PostgreSQL project data storage, with Redis-backed background work and AWS S3 evidence storage.
- Synchronization configured with stable request identifiers, duplicate protection, conflict handling, and visible retry controls.
- Drawing revision access, tenant boundaries, upload validation, and audit history fully implemented for the client.
